Leia really couldn't tell if Tion was baiting her over dinner or just that arrogant. Ordinarily she would have thrown a drink in his face and stormed out by now, but she patiently listened as he went on and on about the rebellion. "Now I'll tell you something about these traitors and terrorists who call themselves rebels and freedom fighters," he said. "They don't really understand war. The fools on that particular planet actually thought the Empire would negotiate with a pack of fanatics. So when these so-called resistance leaders showed up to parlay, we locked the doors from the outside and torched the building." He finally noticed her expression of distaste. "What's the matter, Princess Leia? Have I failed to amuse you?"

Leia hadn't caught the radio broadcast until that morning and immediately facepalmed when she heard the bit about the visit from "Bail Organa, Leia's father, which made Anakin unhappy." A. Her father was in Fandom despite her not telling him about Parents Weekend. B. He'd gone to see her other father (Leia had two daddies!). She knew her father and foster father didn't like each other much, but she hoped the meeting hadn't gone beyond "unhappiness."

Leia made it back to Alderaan safely, promising the shuttle the entire way that if she ever got back to Fandom she would pay a lot more attention at the Flight Club meetings. Happiness at reuniting with Winter and her mother was short-lived, however, when she found out no one knew where her father was. She was sick with worry and dread until Bail Organa sent word that he was safe, having been rescued -- by the same young Jedi who had helped her on Kashyyyk -- from where he'd been imprisoned on the planet Felucia.
