Outside the dorms, Sunday morning

Former princess and senator of Alderaan and rebel leader Leia Organa, now Sith Lady and representative of Coruscant in the newly reformed Imperial Senate, hadn't found any more answers about this place or a way to contact Lord Vader or the Emperor. She was determined to do so, however, and she fully intended to bring Skywalker's son with her as a present for her master.

In the meantime, at least, she'd found some cookies to nibble on. Chocolate, with dark chocolate chunks. Because when you embraced the Dark Side of the Force as she had, you always had cookies. It was one of the many, many perks.


[Err, mostly establishly because (a) I'm a GIANT DORK and (b) I'm about to head out of work and go home, where I may pass out for a nap because I was up 'til 3 AM coding the radio for all you crazy peoples. But if you're looking for Leia, feel free to ping and I'll get back to you. :)

Okay, someone had had their bitchflakes this morning, and was definitely getting recorded.

"No, but I know you." She left off. 'Because I met an another version of you this one time when I was dating your brother'.

That wasn't surprising, she being a very visible public figure and all, but this place wasn't Coruscant, and Leia wasn't letting her guard down at all. "What are you doing with that?" she said, eyeing Jo's camera.

"Nothing important," Jo replied casually. "Just stealing your soul."

Mock the Sith, Jo, that was a brilliant idea.

Leia's default "bitch, please" expression grew even bitchier, if that was possible, and she raised a hand and clenched her fist, intending to use the Force to apply juuuuust enough pressure to Jo's throat for her to feel it. "Would you care to answer that question again?" she said.

Yeeeeah, threats didn't really make Jo want to be helpful. Even when it would be in her best interest.

"Not really."

"Then I suggest you leave my sight," Leia said, "before I feel inclined to summon the Imperial guard to have you removed." Not that there were any around, but.

"Hate to break it to you, but we don't really have those around these parts."

Obviously pride was more important than oxygen at this point.

Leia tightened her fist. "I don't need them to deal with someone like you," she said.

"I'm so telling Professor Skywalker on you," Jo gasped.

Look, razor-wit was hard to come by when you couldn't breathe.

"....Professor Skywalker?" Leia repeated. She relaxed her grip, not wanting Jo to lose her ability to speak.

"Detention until graduation, at the very least."

Again, lack of oxygen = diminished repartee.

"Where is this Professor Skywalker?" Leia demanded. "Take me to him."

"He's probably in Caritas," Jo said, since the psycho-bitch couldn't hurt anyone there. "He's got this drinking problem, very tragic. It's what led to that haircut."

Leia laughed. "So is that where Luke Skywalker has been hiding all these years?" she said. "In a bottle?" Yes, she totally had the wrong Skywalker.

And now Jo was gasping for an entirely different reason, because despite the imminent peril, the mental image of a drunk Luke with Anakin's hair was too much to take.

"You could say that," she managed eventually. It wouldn't be true, but that didn't prevent anyone from saying it.

"Where is this Caritas?" Leia said. If she brought the pathetic remains of Luke Skywalker and his son back to her Master, he and the Emperor would be pleased indeed.

"In town, look for the drunken talking horse."

Leia released Jo. "If you are lying," she warned, "I will find you."

Jo wasted very little time backing away from the crazy person.

"Don't worry, the horse will be with you, always."
